My CWA art competition 2021

Our Voice

An art competition for domestic abuse survivors, friends & family

We launched our White Ribbon art competition in September 2021 and were completely overwhelmed with the response.

Survivors shared some of their most precious – and often closely-guarded – emotions with us. And for that, we really were so incredibly thankful.

Because we know that entering this competition wasn’t about pretty pictures.

  • It was about overcoming the impossible.

  • It was about still struggling when the people around you think you should be “over it”.

  • It was about finding a way to process thoughts and feelings that you didn’t think you’d ever be able to process.

  • It was about inspiring others to work towards their own recovery and find their own way forward.

So to everyone who entered… THANK YOU!

And the winners are…

“Hope.”
