Summer Book Reading Challenge 2021
The Games have begun so now it is time to get your read on!
Are you an Olympic reader? Are you wanting to keep your child interested and stimulated over the summer hols? Help your child have fun keeping their reading skills engaged this summer!
With the expanse of the summer holidays having already started we all need plenty to keep ourselves busy and our kids having fun!
So parents, grandparents, adults and kids…what do you have to do?
Challenge yourself to read as many books as you can – we think 3 is a good number to start with. Read 3 of your favourite books this summer and for every £1 you raise you will be helping another family or child who is not as lucky as you.
How do you choose your books?
You can choose any books you want to – from fact and fiction to comics and joke books – the choice is yours!
eBooks and audiobooks count too – so get reading wherever and however!
So how can your fundraising help?
For every £10 raised we can provide a child with a well-being resource pack which includes books and colouring activities along with self help guides written with children’s needs in mind.

What happens when the challenge is over?
Your efforts will obviously be rewarded through the amount you raise – such a good feeling! To spur you on even more, post your pictures of yourself reading onto our Facebook page and we will enter all the names into a draw to win a gift voucher worth £50 for Amazon!
